As for AP, the usual reason would be because of the dimensions, or the file size of the vector. I believe AP does not allow submissions with over 2 MB in file size. Read the AP faq for more info if you need.
If this does not help, maybe you can try asking for help at the forum at AP.

Good Evening soujiokita. I am Xpilot2006, also Sword-Shana-lily Group's Mod. I am responsible for going around and checking out the status on our current members. I am just checking to see how active (or how long since you were last online) and determining who is to remain in the group. Think of it as an inspection, but it is just to clean out the members section of people that currently aren't active, banned, or restricted. I am pleased to see you are a active member of MT. You should stop by the new updated group's page that is completely redone. We are gaining more members and becoming much more active then before! So stop by sometime, even if it is just to say hello.

I'm terribly sorry about this, I wasn't paying attention..(heck I was doing the names starting with S and I use FireFox...so I had a lot of tabs, and I mistook yours for someone else.) Again, I'm really sorry if this effects you in any way. If you want or need to rejoin, please go to the group page and rejoin through there, it only takes a couple seconds. Click the Sword-Shana-lily on my sig and it will take you to the main group page.
